At Open Hands Community Care (OHCC), we seek to contribute to the capacity building and transforming of lives of people living with disadvantages, through comprehensive and integrated support services.

We seek to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of youths, children, men and women alike, whilst creating, protecting and promoting a healthy and peaceful platform for a better tomorrow.

At Open Hands Community Care, we intend to support the underprivileged through the provision of care services, tailoring these services to be innovative, relevant and responsive. We aim to work closely with individuals and their families to reach their full potentials and thus live their lives abundantly.
