Toowoomba Community Care is a not-for-profit community-based organization focused on delivering services to enhance the quality of life for people who are aged, frail, people with a disability and their care givers. Our social groups at Brightside on Victoria offers a comprehensive and varied program based on wellness and reablement, specifically designed to provide our members with good company, friendship, activities and outings that keep them connected to our community.
