HammondCare is a non-profit, Christian charitable orgnisation providing aged care and dementia services. The activity of HammondCare is based on Christian principles and values. HammondCare believes in the intrinsic value of all people and because of this we care for the vulnerable, which includes older people whom we value and treat with respect.Our Mission - "We are passionate about improving quality of life for all people in need."
