Grow Cook Eat Create Inc (GCEC)

GCEC is an inclusive, not for profit, community kitchen style program for people of all abilities. Participants have the opportunity to develop life skills including cooking, growing an edible and sensory garden, and fostering lasting friendships and social connections. We also enjoy developing creativity through arts, crafts and music. GCEC is not specifically for people with disabilities but this sector makes up majority of our participants.
