Transition Village Wallan

Transition Village Wallan (TVW) is a small community managed charity building a village of 6 Sleeping Pods and supporting infrastructure to provide safe, supported short to medium term accommodation for local people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
TVW has strong community and agency support.
TVW is based in Wallan, Victoria, and is working towards whole community change to support a safe, sustainable and connected way of life for all members of our community.
