Frankston City Libraries provides quality and accessible library services that stimulate lifelong learning and meet community information needs. The libraries are vibrant and engaging community hubs with branches at Frankston and Carrum Downs and access points at the Seaford & Langwarrin Council Customer Service Centres, Library Express (Frankston Train Station Tues & Thurs 6:30am-8:30am) and the Youth Resource Centre.

*NOTE* - all individuals volunteering with Frankston City Council must be fully vaccinated and willing to provide documented proof of status unless and exemption applies.
