Frankston Life Community Inc was previously called City Life Inc, a Not for Profit Charitable organisation that for over 29-years has provided a broad range of services to the community of Frankston and beyond.
This service was built on four key principles: Mercy, Connection, Empowerment and Hope. Helping people to Dream! Our vision is to see struggling individuals and families develop self-esteem, connectedness and build self-reliance. Through mercy and connection we strive to empower and assist those who are vulnerable and/or ‘at risk’ within the community.
