Engineering Aid Australia

Engineering Aid Australia (EAA) is a not for profit organisation that has over the past 20 years inspired and supported Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander high school students with an aptitude for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) to successfully complete school and go on to study engineering at University and become a professional Engineer.

Each year EAA conducts two Indigenous Australian Engineering Schools (IAES) hosted by Universities in Sydney and Perth, where selected Indigenous students from across Australia participate in a week long program designed to engage them in engineering and science and connect them with mentors and industry networks.

EAA provides IAES students with scholarships to complete their high school studies and to study engineering or a related course at an Australian University and assists them after they finish high school, with finding work experience and career opportunities within EAA's sponsor network.
