Aged Care Deloraine

Aged Care Deloraine is a non for profit organisation that has two facilities Grenoch that has 47 Rooms which includes an 8 Room secure Dementia unit and 1 Respite room with Rooms offering views over the Western Tiers (The Tiers) and the Meander River. Kanangra has 48 Rooms which includes 1 respite room with view over the Tiers and next door children playing at Our Lady Of Mercy catholic Primary School. 34 independent units have been built to cater for future needs of the community.

Aged Care Deloraine is the outcome of a successful merger between the Boards of Grenoch Homes Inc and St. Marks Homes Inc, which took place in March 2007. The merger has bought together two organisations that have been supported by the local community since their inception. Both have strong links to the local service clubs, churches and various fundraising groups.

Our mission centres on a commitment to excellence in the provision of holistic care for the aged and disabled within our community. We aim to consistently exceed the expectations of our care recipients, their families and friends. Through a partnership of our workers and the community we are committed to providing quality care whilst creating a homely environment of dignity, fairness and respect.
