About Greyhound Rescue
Greyhound Rescue ethically rescues, lovingly rehabilitates, and safely rehomes greyhounds; giving them a voice through advocacy and education.
Greyhound Rescue is the most high profile independent greyhound re-homing organisation in NSW, and the only one with a kennel facility.
Our organisation is supported by a team of volunteers who manage activities and tasks including:
kennel management
marketing, website and social media
adoptions and fostering
partnerships and sponsorship
events, fundraising and promotions, and
corporate volunteering.
We recruit and train volunteers on how to safely care for greyhounds, and effectively engage with the community to raise awareness of the suitability of greyhounds as family pets.
