Set 'In the Canefields' in what was once Pimpama Island, the hall (Community Centre) is a historic building, built by locals in 1917 as a meeting place and dance hall to service the community. Its walls echo the enjoyment of past and present generations. Its volunteers are passionate about maintaining and preserving its historical value and its continued use as a meeting place within the community. Currently it is home to the local Girl Guides, and offers an affordable meeting place for casual hire, as well operating as a Wedding and Function Venue.
