Life Choice Wide Bay Burnett

Town and Country Community Options Limited trading as Life Choice Wide Bay Burnett (Life Choice) has been providing services and support to people with disabilities across the Fraser Coast area since 1996, employs approximately 100 people and has offices located in Maryborough and Hervey Bay. We provide support services including in home assistance, accommodation support and everyday life skill development both on a one to one basis and through group support options. We aim to encourage community inclusion, respect and valuing of people with a disability, providing positive and rewarding experiences through development of an individual lifestyle plan with each participant.
