Hawkesbury Community Services

Hawkesbury Community Services provides a diverse range of projects and services to our local community with a particular focus on disadvantaged, vulnerable or geographically isolated groups. It is our mission to enable members of the community to reach their full potential by meeting their identified needs in a relevant and effective manner.
We run community focused programs in conjunction with Department of Family and Community Services (FACS); Mission Australia and Wesley Mission.
We run a community focused 2nd hand goods store to help provide low priced clothing and various household items for people in our community.
We run a food care program that provides brand name food items at a discounted price.
We run an emergency food relief service that provides free food hampers for people in need, the hampers contain enough food to cover 3 meals a day for 2 days for a family of 4.
