Richmond Toy Library

Richmond Toy Library Inc. (RTL) is a not for profit organisation and has been established, developed and operated by volunteers. A large part of children's learning occurs through play. By providing children with a variety of toys, we can extend their play opportunities and thereby extend their learning experiences.
