Tenancy WA

Tenancy WA is a specialist community legal centre for residential tenants. We are the central resource unit for the Network of Tenant Advocates across Western Australia, and we provide a state-wide telephone advice line for tenants. Our vision is safe, secure, affordable housing for all renting in WA. Our mission is protecting the right to housing for all tenants through advocacy, advice and education. We advise a wide range of tenants across Western Australia, with issues ranging from return of bond and maintenance to inquiries about eviction and homelessness. We also provide a Duty Advocacy Program to the Perth Magistrates Court.
