About Riding for the Disabled South West

Riding for the Disabled Association of Western Australia Inc. (RDAWA) is a registered voluntary, charitable not for profit organisation that provides opportunities for people with disabilities, special needs and mental health issues to develop their abilities and enrich their lives, through therapeutic, educational, recreational and sport programs.

RDAWA has been providing its unique life-changing activities for over 43 years. It is part of a worldwide movement and affiliated with Riding for the Disabled Association of Australia and the Federation of Horses in Education and Therapy International (HETI)

There are currently 19 centres providing RDAWA programs in operation across the State. RDAWA relies on the kindness of others including voluntary help, donations, sponsorships and legacies to provide our service to those in need within our community.

We only operate on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings school term times only.
