Weave Youth and Community Services

Weave provides services to disadvantaged young people, children and families and provides a range of services that include practical support, counselling, mental health services, drug and alcohol support, access to education and employment opportunities and assistance for information and referral. 80 percent of people receiving services are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people.
