Relay For Life is a community fundraising challenge for Cancer Council. Teams of friends, families and colleagues raise money in the lead up to the event, where team members take turns walking around a track to signify that cancer never rests, so neither do we.

As the team manager, it will be your responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the team off-field, in an administrative and supporting role.

We need someone to: * facilitate and Support this volunteers fund raising activity * open up at 7:30 am and help set up for trading * be the on-site Covid Marshall * support the juniors if any simple problems arise * meet and greet patrons, explaining our venture * meet with the juniors occasionally to brain storm ideas

The role of the Official at the Surf Coast Little Athletics Centre is to judge the various events within the track and field in alignment with the rules of the events. Athletics relies on volunteer officials to keep the sport going for the benefit of a large number of athletes. The role also benefits young athletes as you will act as a role model for them.
