Estates FC is almost 100 years young and is currently experiencing significant growth. We are looking for an assistant treasurer to join our committee!

Estates FC are 100 years young next year and experiencing significant growth; particularly in our youth age groups. We are seeking assistant coaches to support our coaching staff (also volunteers) Thursday afternoons 5pm til 6pm and Saturday games at Murray Sporting complex. Full training provided and the opportunity to gain a recognised qualification.

You will be timing swimmers at the Masters Swimming Qld Championships, at the Kawana Aquatic Centre, Sunshine Coast.

Direct all competitors towards the recovery area, assist in removing the timing chips from participants at the finishing line. Assist with giving water & fruit to competitors. Assist the MC to identify coming participant's race number and name.

Ensure all competitors have drinks available to them during & after the race at various points along the course and at the finish-line. Clean up used and unused cups and bottles after event. Pack unused drinks back into the cartons Event held Sun 29th November 2020

Attend to the needs of VIP's. Keep area clean. Assist with Setup.

Report to Event Manager. Ensure only competitors enter transition zone. Manage direction and flow of competitors. Assist with pack down of transition ensure only participant with body number take matching bike number.

Set up of post race recovery area, registration area and courses, sponsorship flags and expo area. Set up and manage presentations. Act as contact point for competitors. Ensure trophies, prizes and medals are in order.

Report to Swim Manager. Marshalling participants into their wave groups. Counting participants entering and leaving the water. Directing participants towards transition. Managing safety of participants in line with the Surf Life Savers. Note bib numbers.

Reports to Admin Manager. Registering people into the event. Sign on/sign off, display results. Main hub for communication to participants, bag room, and body marking.

Line marking of grounds on a weekly basis. Some mowing and whipper snipping.

Bar work at local AFL Club. Evenings and Game Day. RSA preferred but not mandatory.

We are a community based AFL Club and for season 2021 require someone to assist with First Aid response for Junior Games and events. Applicants must hold a current Sports First Aid Certificate
