POOPS WA is an incorporated non-profit association staffed entirely by volunteers. Our volunteers are police-cleared and have a Working with Children Check and provide a range of services including home visits, dog walking and transport to/from vet clinics or boarding kennels. We cater specifically for people over 65 years of age – or palliative-care patients of any age – who have no relatives or friends willing or able to take responsibility for their pets in times of need.

Immanuel Gardens Aged Care is looking to find volunteers who love to chat, are good listeners, compassionate and like having fun. You will be working with a team of dedicated creative lifestyle team members helping them facilitate a range of activities that include, bingo, board games, cooking, singing, dancing going on trips or just having a one-to-one chat with a resident.

Some of our elderly residents need a person for social support to attend outings to appointments with them in the community. Do you wish to share some of your time assisting them in the role.
