Meals on Wheels (MOW) volunteers play an integral role transporting nutritious meals from a MOW meal provider to older people in our communities. For many MOW recipients, the volunteer is the only person they see that day, so the service also plays a vital role in social connection and monitoring wellbeing of older people. We are seeking an all round maintenance assistant to our Maintenance Manager Joe. Duties include assisting with one off jobs for our residents around their home, as well as monthly maintenance checks around the building. This role is suitable for a volunteer who is physically fit.

Gracehaven is an aged care facility situated in the heart of the thriving coastal town of Rockingham, south of Perth. Caring and compassionate people are required to assist with many activities within the aged care facility; these include Bingo, outings, pampering, sports groups and general social conversation.

Chorus volunteers work alongside team members, seniors, those living with disability or on the mental health recovery journey. Many customers are socially isolated and volunteering your time helps people connect in the community. Do you love having your nails done? Are you good at applying nail polish and do you love having a chat? We are looking for someone to help with our weekly nail pampering sessions.

Many of our residents have been avid gardeners in their time and would love nothing better than to potter around in our lovely gardens with some companionship. We are seeking friendly and caring volunteers who enjoy socialising with others and who would be happy to support our residents.
