The Hyland House Respite Centre in Petrie is currently looking for volunteers for our Hobby Shed to assist older persons and people with a disability in making items with wood. This includes painting and glueing. No special skills are needed, just patience and an interest in wood crafts.

A volunteer is required in the laundry with washing, pressing and labelling residents’ clothing. It also involves returning laundered clothes to the residents and placing items in their wardrobes. Suitable for retirees wanting to contribute to the community. #AgedCare #laundry #seniors

We need a volunteer cleaner to mop our floors, empty bins, clean door handles and glass areas with disinfectant. We would need the person for a minimum of 4 hours per week.
