Our Social Connections Program supports people aged over 65 to get back to the things they love.

Inclusion Melbourne is an auspice in the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme; a national program funded by the Australian Government. Currently we have a male client in Caulfield North who has many interests including gardening, walking around gardens, playing chess, pottery work, and chatting about his life over a coffee. Our client would enjoy the company of a caring, reliable and empathetic volunteer with good communication skills and an ability to commit to weekly or fortnightly visits.

Uniting Social Support Program is seeking Volunteers who are interested in facilitating activities at Uniting AgeWell Centre Forest Hill. The Forest Hill Centre offers participants the opportunity to engage in a range of social activities including art, craft and light exercise.

As a driver you get to be part of the action and make a genuine difference in the lives of older people. **We currently need a minivan driver (no special licence required) to transport our clients on a Wednesday from 2:00-4:30pm.** Please note, full training and ongoing support provided.
