Our choirs are all about coming together and sharing the feeling of what it is like making music together – it is a feeling of joy and elation! ACH Group is seeking two new volunteers to assist with the Sing for Joy Choir, based in Glenelg.

Make everyone’s day by pushing a trolley with all kinds of sweet treats around to residents who are living with dementia in our aged care home in Daw Park. You’ll bring joy to each of our residents every time you enter the room.

We are looking for a caring individual who can sit and have a chat, reminisce, and talk about topics of interest with an elderly person living with dementia in their preferred language. Ideally you will be a fluent German or Slovak speaker.

Share your love of music with our residents at Weekly Concerts and Special Events. We welcome a range of musical styles, from classical, jazz, country, rock'n'roll and popular hits from the 1930's onwards. As you volunteer sing, play and perform, you'll be providing a great live music experience for elderly people living at HammondCare in Daw Park.

Are you creative? Do you have a passion for arts & crafts? Share your love of arts and crafts with residents at HammondCare Aged Care Home in Daw Park. Show off your creative and artistic skills as you assist people to create their own pieces.
