TGSH delivers exceptional care with the specific care needs of our residents firmly in mind. Of vital importance to us is the prevention of the transmission of COVID-19 into our Home. The Screening Concierge will be the welcoming face to TGSH and will conduct the COVID-19 screening for visitors and other personnel entering the facility.

Looking for someone on a weekly basis to teach and assist a class of Seniors of Armenian nationality to use and navigate their smartphones and/or iPads. The class is to provide support and increase the confidence of the participants when using their devices.

We need volunteers to assist us with activities within our centre and with events held for the elderly.

Capecare Volunteer Program requires volunteers for up to 15 hours per week to assist with tasks over 2 or 3 days per week. This role includes a diverse range of activities including assisting the Lifestyle team with garden walks, mobility walks, one on one chats, lifestyle activities and helping to get residents to and from in-house physio appointments. Volunteers will be supported by Lifestyle staff.

Volunteers are needed to visit socially isolated residents in an Aged Care Home in Ringwood and across the City of Monash. The Community Visiting Scheme connects people of the same or different cultures to older members of the community living in aged care homes. Volunteers chatting in their native language can make any person regardless of age feel like home, but especially for members of the elderly community.

This position will be in Pottsville Beach Neighborhood Center's Technology Centre. We are looking for a volunteer who is confident on a basic/intermediate level to help teach people how to use their hand held devices such as iphones and/or androids, tablets etc.
