The Gold Coast Beach Parade is a world record attempt for the greatest number of people in koala-ear visors parading Burleigh Beach on Sunday, 16th of May. It’s a great opportunity to be part of an event that is helping to raise funds for the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital, celebrating the Gold Coast community and showcasing our lifestyle and beaches. The EO is empowered by delegation from the Board to manage the daily operations of HikeWest. The Board at its discretion may provide a small reimbursement to cover approved costs.

Sailability Manly offers opportunities to sail on beautiful Manly Cove to people of all abilities. We run our activity about 6 times a month, and teach our assistants to sail or gain a Power Boat License. We also have opportunities to be the barbecue chef for a Saturday morning, if this is where you feel you would fit in, or even be part of the management committee.

Enjoy the great outdoors and spend time in the sunshine as you stroll around Hammondville and visit the local shops as you walk alongside our elderly residents. You'll be helping people to maintain their mobility as well as their healthy wellbeing.
