DFES Education and Heritage Centre

The DFES Education and Heritage Centre is located in the heritage listed Perth Central Fire Station. The EHC volunteers undertake three different roles: 1. Front of House volunteers are the welcoming face to the centre and assist visitors to explore the building’s unique heritage and learn about WA’s natural hazards. 2. Heritage Collection volunteers assist in the research and maintenance of the objects and archives that form the DFES Heritage Collection 3. The Vintage Fleet volunteers maintain and operate historic fire appliances.
