Community Support Frankston

Community Support Frankston (CSF) is an Incorporated not for profit organisation located near central Frankston. Our agency consists of highly skilled community workers (volunteers) who assist disadvantaged members of the Frankston community with material aid, advocacy and information.

CSF provides local residents with information, advice, referral and support. CSF also distributes Emergency Relief Aid and can arrange more in-depth assistance for people in crisis. Our services are cost effective as we rely on our skilled volunteers and clients are not charged to use our service. Our volunteers, paid staff members and volunteer team leaders support people experiencing poverty, sickness, suffering, distress, misfortune, destitution and helplessness within Frankston.

Volunteers that are selected as community interviewers are put through Nationally accredited Unit of Competency CHCCCS004- Assess Co-Existing Needs.
