About Peel Foodbank

Foodbank WA is by far, the largest hunger relief organisation in Western Australia
Last year alone, we provided enough food for four million meals.
Foodbank WA is a non-denominational, non-profit organisation which acts as a pantry to the charities and community groups who feed the hungry. It was first established in 1994 in Perth and now has a presence in regional WA with distribution centres in Geraldton, Peel, Bunbury, Albany and Kalgoorlie Boulder. We operate with a staff of approximately 40 employees and over 160 volunteers.
Foodbank is a conduit between the food industry’s surplus food and the welfare sector’s need. Find out more about how we work.
