About Coolum Beach Meals on Wheels Inc
Coolum Beach Meals on Wheels is a community based not for profit organisation that supports and enhances the independence of the aged, younger people with disabilities and the primary carers of these people by the provision of nutritious meals delivered to their homes.
Our clients also benefit from a caring visit which provides a link with a community concerned for the well-being of its citizens. This service enables them to remain living at home for as long as practical and they are able and to maintain some independence and quality of life.
Meals are prepared in our kitchen primarily by volunteers. The delivery of meals is also done by volunteers using their own vehicles. We service the area from Pacific Paradise in the South to Marcus Beach in the north and out towards Yandina.
