The Social Inclusion's purpose is to partner with people to develop or maintain a strong social and family life. We do this by building on a person’s own talents, strengths, interests and skills to link in with others that share a common interest. We aim to achieve this working with people to connect them to valued roles, valued relationships, attend valued community activities in valued community settings whilst providing the support that enables people to achieve this.
