Our newly established community pantry in Boronia is looking for a volunteer/s to assist in maintaining and promoting this new venture. The community have access to both the pantry and a small edible garden, so we are looking for a great organizer with creative ideas, and someone who is happy to maintain the garden (weeding and replanting).

Breathe Easies is a chair-based exercise program designed for people who are frail or have limited ability to exercise. This weekly program involves a combination of gentle exercise to music, strength training, relaxation and activities promoting mobility and independence.

ACE is a chair-based exercise program, run by EACH, designed for people who are frail or have limited ability to exercise. This weekly program involves a combination of gentle exercise to music, strength training, relaxation and activities promoting mobility and independence.

SafeMoves is an exercise and education program to keep people safe on their feet. Suitable for those who have had a fall as well as those who wish to prevent having one. Clients complete exercises to improve balance and maintain independence.

Can you provide telephone peer support to people who are in the process of recovering from problem gambling behavior or related to others who are being impacted by someone else’s problem gambling? You will need to be Chinese speaking for this volunteer role. We urgently need more volunteers to join our program.
