    for B24 Liberator Restoration Museum - Museums & Heritage

    We are a Not-for-Profit museum. We restore significant historical artefacts in respect of the role the B-24 Liberator and the 20,000 personnel involved in defending Australia from invasion during World War 2. Allied with this aim is the restoration of Aircraft used at Werribee Field. We want to have the aircraft completely restored, make this history accessible to everyone, and we need your help. You can be part of this project in many ways!

  2. Museum - Events Volunteer

    for B24 Liberator Restoration Museum - Museums & Heritage

    We are looking for volunteers who can join the team assists with the events we hold. No matter what your work background is, you are very welcome to join our community. All trainings will be provided, just bring passion and willingness to learn. We host about 7 special events a year. Events involve taking artefacts to the outside and setting up a display and chat with visitors. In preparation for the event, you will learn history and be prepared to pass it on to visitors.
