Douglas Vale Historic Homestead and Vineyard ( a not for profit run totally by volunteers) require an Administration Assistant for 6-7 hrs a week on either Wednesday or Saturday or a combination of hrs to help maintain the email and documentation system of this heritage-listed facility located in Port Macquarie.

We require a mature, experienced, business oriented and skilled grant writer and fundraiser to assist the museum with writing and submitting grant applications. Will also be required to source quotes, funding and grant opportunities and give advice and guidance to the committee.

Provide assistance to families attending special events held at the Bellarine Railway such as "Day Out With Thomas" and other themed events.

Throughout the year the Museum hosts a series of small events. These include a lecture series run by the Abbey Museum Friends, Picnic at Pemberley - a regency themed boutique event, a Medieval Christmas - an evening of Gregorian Chant and a Christmas Market. In this role our volunteer would be involved with the development, preparation and hosting of our events.

The Caboolutre Warplane & Flight Heritage Museum is looking for volunteers to help present and preserve our Nation's history, with a focus on WWII aircraft, as well as artefacts and exhibits from other conflicts.
