We do this through hands-on training, paid employment, and capacity building to build pathways for sustainable employment. As an English Teacher Volunteer, you will be providing a training programme; empowering migrant and refugee women by teaching them conversational English.

To support the SisterWorks team, in particular the Bendigo Program & Engagement Managers and People & Culture Officer, with the management of databases of volunteer information to ensure our volunteer related systems (primarily Infoodle), onboarding, offboarding processes are maintained diligently and accurately. It is important to capture the right people data to ensure that we provide meaningful metrics and insights to the our people within SisterWorks .
