The Volunteer Food Industry Expert will provide advice for Ignite entrepreneurs and program staff about the processes employed in the food industry to ensure and maintain high standards of food quality and safety standards and enhance their food service operations.

We are looking for a retail assistant to join a vibrant and fun social enterprise supporting the local and new migrant community. You will work closely with our diverse and dynamic designers and artists, look after our customers and help support our newly arrived migrant trainees in the shop.

Come and join our friendly team at the Migrant Information Centre in Box Hill! As an Administrative Volunteer, you will assist with the settlement of refugees and migrants in the eastern region. You will meet people from different cultures, whilst volunteering in a friendly and supportive office environment assisting the Administrative Officer and other staff members in office-related tasks.

Want to work collaboratively with the ASWC staff to deliver Saturday Programs. This support can include: delivering social activities for people seeking asylum, assist with collecting food parcels at the centre, administrative tasks, general cleaning and maintenance of the centre, and contributing ideas for Saturday excursions. Fleet vehicle available for excursions (drivers license essential)
