Volunteer spots are available in CBD locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane. No experience necessary, corporate groups, teams or individuals welcome. Would you like to learn skills in assisting in setting up an event site for a major fundraising event, while supporting Dementia Australia to raise important funds that support individuals and families living with Dementia. The event also helps build awareness and education about Dementia in the wider community. Volunteers are needed for 3 hours from 12pm on Saturday the 20th of April at the Ballarat Lake Wendouree Gardens.

The Bradman Museum shop sells a curated selection of new and vintage collectables, books, sport apparel, mementos, children’s toys and more. If you have experience in designing store layouts and visual merchandising displays to maximise customer experience and sales potential, we’d love to learn from you. We also have an online store front which we are in the process of redesigning on top of doing a merchandising refresh with brand-new branding thanks to our design partners.

We are excited to be expanding the Sir Donald Bradman research library collection with a donation of a significant personal collection in 2024. We are looking for someone to assist with the organisation and cataloguing of this new collection. We are also looking for assistance with the establishment of research library loan partnerships and processes within our broader library network and research librarian services on an ad-hoc basis.

We are embarking on the digitisation of a large historical collection of photographs into the museum collection. This will involve organising, scanning and saving photographs from the archives, and carefully returning to archives. Get in touch if you would like to have a rare glimpse into history and a hand in making these memorial snapshots accessible to an international audience. This could be an ongoing opportunity.
