The Ronald McDonald Family Room is a space designed to be a welcoming break from the ward environment for sick children and their families whilst staying in the Children's Ward. In this role you will have the chance to make a beautiful difference in a family's day. Our Family Room simply cannot operate without our amazing volunteer team.

Making a beautiful difference in the lives of our families, our Family Ambassadors provide a vital service to the House and our families. This role is a 'sleep over' position, whereby you support our current in house families, take any after hours call from the hospital about availability of rooms for emergency incomings and meet and greet families including checking in as required.

Provide a safe and stable living environment for a child living in out of home care for a short period of time or at least one weekend a month as a minimum

Yaandina Roebourne Aged Services are seeking volunteers with a genuine desire and interest in working with aged, disabled and individuals detoxing. Volunteers would be involved in providing social support for clients in the community, providing personal care and assisting with interaction and transport for group activities.

Hospice volunteers provide support and companionship to terminally ill patients, their families and carers. As a volunteer you make a commitment to people who are relying on you being there. Volunteering is not of a lesser importance than paid work – it is extremely important to those we spend time with, and a cancellation for a "better" offer is not what the act of volunteering is all about.
