Brainwave's first Mums Group enables mothers of children with brain illnesses and injuries to leave their home and meet other mothers supported by Brainwave at a local cafe on a monthly basis We are seeking a volunteer to help coordinate 5 of the local groups by arranging these catch ups with the mothers

You should have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office and internet usage, though training can be provided. Good phone manner is essential, along with a willingness to learn and follow instructions. Discretion and confidentiality are essential to this role.

The role is supporting parents, grandparents, and significant others in a child's life to navigate the Child Safety system. FIN Townsville offers free independent support to all families involved in Child Safety to ensure the safety of children is paramount, and families are appropriately supported.
