You will assist local experts identify, measure and map endangered plants at the reserve as part of the NSW Government's Saving our Species program.

Gardener- Do you have a green thumb? A gardener is required to assist in the upkeep of a small community garden.

Your gardening experience, or your willingness to learn new gardening skills, will be greatly appreciated in this role. You'll be working outdoors in a beautiful setting: planting, weeding, pruning and mulching as well as other garden related activities. Days and hours are negotiable to suit your schedule. The role requires a current Criminal Record Check and would prefer a current Working with Children Check.

Garden guides conduct one-off visits to participating gardens to provide information on environmental weeds that may be present and how they can be removed or controlled, as well as the indigenous/native plants and features that can be included in the garden to provide safe habitat for local wildlife.

We are seeking a volunteer with a passion for gardening and appropriate skills to work in and maintain our community garden and vegetable beds. Knowledge of plant & vegetable requirements and maintenance is desired.
