Through interaction with visitors, we provide meaningful and enriching experiences for every demographic. Our ambassadors have specialised knowledge of the park and are able to assist our visitors on a day-to-day basis, at our events, and seasonal activities throughout the year.

Volunteers with an interest in the natural environment are needed as general hands, planting trees, weeding and monitoring natural wildlife at Koolunga Native Reserve in Ferntree Gully once a month.
