If you have excellent communication skills and a desire to help young people learn and solve problems, you can volunteer at the Craig Family Centre as a Volunteer Homework Tutor. Volunteer Homework Tutors assist school children with their homework. Sessions are held every Wednesday from 3.30pm-5.30pm during the school term, currently delivered via Zoom. Training and support is provided.

Over the next 3 school terms, we're running our Literacy and Numeracy Buddies programs for over 50 schools and workplace partners and we're looking for office volunteers! Everything we do is in line with the Child Safety Standards so each letter/blog must be screened before we can send it on. We also must ensure that the records we're keeping are up to date.
