The Coordinator will commence as a dog reading team volunteer and after two school terms receive training to take on the Coordinator position. This is a non paid, volunteer role. This role requires you to have a suitable dog.

Taking your dog into your local school every week for approx 2 hours to help children read.

Outgoing and engaging personality willing to learn about wildlife and pass the knowledge on to others in an interactive manner. Conduct both onsite and off site educational experiences.

Taking your dog into your local school every week for approx 2 hours to help children read.

Take your dog into a local Rockingham / Baldivis school on the same morning each week for approx. 2 hours during school terms. You will see a total of 4 or 5 children. Each child will come out of their classroom and sit with you and your dog for approx. 20 minutes. You must be able to commit for at least two school terms or more.
