Red Nose are looking for volunteers to help sell merchandise and accept donations as part of the 36th annual Red Nose Day appeal on Friday 9th August! Volunteer spots are available in CBD locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane. No experience necessary, corporate groups, teams or individuals welcome. Volunteer once or twice a year for one or two days and help our Regular Giving team with mail, stocktake and other relevant activities. Notice will be given in advance so you can plan your volunteering days.

On Sunday 11 August Muscular Dystrophy will stage Run for Strength - a fun run/walk around Princes Park. We need volunteers to act as marshalls around the course making sure participants dont go the wrong way. It is an easy job but one that is crucial to the success of the event. Its a wonderful celebration of able bodied people coming together with those with a disability.
