Cahoots is a charity that takes young people living with disabilities on camps and adventures to connect, learn, and celebrate.

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to serve as Summer School Holiday Program Leaders, taking on the incredible responsibility of providing care and support to these remarkable individuals.

We are seeking a mentor? Support genU Participate client leadership and advocacy group provide opportunities for clients, to express their experiences, feedback, ideas, challenges and concerns about services and business practices.

2 volunteers required for on-day roles: assisting with setting up poolside, Registration check-in desk, Selling raffle tickets, collecting donations, and cheering on the swimmers. •Neat casual attire, enclosed non-slip footwear – you will be working in and around the Aquatic Centre pool. •Food and drink refreshments will be provided. •A briefing will take place on the day. •Knowledge of EFTPOS machine •Suitable for skilled volunteers, work experience, young adults. Start times of 7 am – 11 pm

Guide Dogs Qld are hosting the Cairns Canine Carnival – a great day out for all ages (dogs included) with dog training and agility demonstrations, market stalls, kids activities and food trucks. We need volunteers to help support various roles within the Carnival such as merchandise stall, logistic set up, gate takings, general venue support.

We are looking for volunteers to help us set up and take down marquees, BBQ's, food service areas and accessibility mats on the beach for the Island Charity Swim event to be held on Saturday 27th April 2024.
