To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by undertaking a range of Property Maintenance tasks.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre Equine programs by participating in tasks as directed by the Coach. Equine program assistants have a primary role to support RDA Coaches for sessions.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by assisting with horse preparation, leading of horses in program sessions, assistance with life skills/groundwork sessions and assisting in the pack up and return of horses to the paddock.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by being first point of contact for all visitors as well as assisting with volunteer engagement and retention.

To support the RDA(NSW) Tall Timbers Centre by assisting with light gardening duties on the property. - This role is not as physically demanding as property maintenance volunteers and may be suitable to someone with physical issues which require minimal lifting or carrying of heavy items.

RDA Harvey are a charity providing therapeutic interactions with horses for people with a wide range of disabilities. If working with horses is your thing, then our highly qualified coach will train you, otherwise there are many other positions available to help with the running our organisation. Guide and Assistance Dogs change lives. It is the independence and freedom offered by these dogs to our clients that keeps us going. Our Home Whelpers are responsible for providing a safe, secure and welcoming home to one of our Breeding Dogs (Broods) during the whelping (birthing) process and for approximately 8 weeks after. During this time, they are responsible for the health & welfare of the brood and her litter, and play a key role in the early development & socialization of the puppies.
