In this program the person with Down syndrome will be matched with a volunteer partner. Together they will exercise at their local gym, fitness centre or health club. The program runs for 10 weeks per term and participants go to the gym together once a week followed by a meal with other participants and volunteers.

Club21 has been going in Melbourne for over 10 years and we are very excited to bring Club21 to Warrnambool!
