Freedom Solutions delivers various services to our clients. Our Freedom Wheels program in particular focuses on creating customised bikes for individuals living with a disability. Sometimes the client cannot take the bike home themselves and needs it delivered. If you would enjoy the special task of delivering a bike to an excited client, then this maybe the role for you!

Volunteer with people with Down syndrome in a fun exercise program FitSkills FitSkills is an evidence-based physical activity program for people with Down syndrome. In this program the person with Down syndrome will be matched with a volunteer partner. Together they will exercise at their local gym, fitness centre or health club. The program runs for 10 weeks per term and participants go to the gym together once a week followed by a meal with other participants and volunteers.

YADA is looking for someone to run our second hand shop in Ingleburn. We are a not-for-profit charity that supports Adults with disabilities.

Down Syndrome Victoria is looking for volunteers for an exciting new program – FitSkills. FitSkills is a evidence-based physical activity program for people with Down syndrome. In this program the person with Down syndrome will be matched with a volunteer partner. Together they will exercise at their local gym, fitness centre or health club. The program runs for 12 weeks and participants go to the gym together twice a week.

Fortnightly Saturdays 1pm to 4pm in Secret Harbour. Our group assistants help young people on the Autism Spectrum with various social activities. Activities include arts, crafts, bowling, laser tag and more. This rewarding opportunity would suit those studying community services, social work, psychology etc

Brainwave supports 1,400 children with brain illnesses and illnesses and their families across Australia to cope, adapt and thrive. As well as information and advice, therapy and equipment, we provide family activities to enable families to get out of their home and meet other families. Shows and events provide free tickets and we are seeking a volunteer to help us apply for these charity tickets to enable families supported by us to attend.

RDA Harvey are a charity providing therapeutic interactions with horses for people with a wide range of disabilities. ADventure Out is a fun Disability Social group for people with mild to moderate disabilities, operating in the St George and Sutherland Shire. We go out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to a variety of outings like barbecues, movies, clubs, ferry trips etc. If you are up for a chat and a cuppa with our lovely group and can commit to a day or two a week, we would love to have you onboard. This is a really rewarding experience as you brighten up someones day !
