4LifeSkills2Work is looking for a volunteer to assist our Community Support Workers with clients who have an intellectual or physical disability to build on independent living skills.

Our client in Melville/Palmyra would like a visitor who can visit for coffee and chats. Some Auslan skills required (but you don't need to be fluent). This would be a good role for someone who wants experience/practise with Auslan.

Fishability is a West Australian not for profit organisation who works with the community to promote fishing activities as a means of acceptance and inclusion with provision of inclusive and disability programs. We currently have jetty and boat activities throughout the Perth metro areas and regional centres. We are looking for volunteers who love fishing and who enjoy helping others to develop independence and experience the excitement of catching a fish.

Are you an empathetic person with good communication skills? We are looking for a volunteer who will befriend and safeguard a person with developmental disability.

Our volunteers have the opportunity to positively impact the elderly or people with disabilities by giving free trishaw rides on e-bikes. Full training is provided. Our pilots are everyone from directors to senior citizens and students (18yrs +)

This position is on a group bus service to help people maintain access to community and social events that are important to Seniors. We would love to hear from community minded, friendly people keen to support this great service.

Spectrum Space will run our Telethon Holidays Makers Program these July school holidays for children on the autism spectrum. Activities include art and craft, video games, sensory play, board games, cooking and more! We are in need of people to help out with the kids and the activities. This opportunity would best suit students studying psychology, community services, counselling and social work.
