Role is general maintenance and safety checks that include checking tyre pressure, fluid levels and cleaning vehicles inside and out.

Complete driver induction and attend information sessions prior to commencing. Use a Maxima vehicle to pick up Learner Drivers from their location or Maxima office. Support the Learner Driver to work towards achieving their logbook hours. Support the Learner Driver to gain driving confidence

The Volunteer Driver is responsible for the transportation of Beyond Blindness Members to various services offered by the organisation including social groups, bus trips and occasional medical/shopping trips and can include one-on-one social time. Volunteers are welcomed as part of the small team in the southern area. All volunteers are given training to assist blind persons. The Volunteer Driver will be required to use their own vehicle which will need to have comprehensive insurance.

Riding for the Disabled SA provides horse riding & related activities for people with a disability aged between three and ninety years! RDASA is seeking volunteers to assist with 'Session Support' which includes: *preparing horses prior to the arrival of participants, *leading horses during sessions, *supporting participants during sessions, *assisting with preparation of activities for centre programs, *and assorted activities related to care & welfare of horses.

This role would be great for couples who are looking to volunteer together, enjoy driving and travelling and want to contribute their time in a meaningful and impactful role.
